Attempting to reverse a deposit via chargeback, dispute, or similar mechanism after funds have been credited to your account and used for wagering is considered fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

If you have claimed a bonus, your funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. All bets are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of the betting market or game being played. jbl4d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where incorrect odds or lines were displayed due to human or system error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user's account.
Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will generally be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules. Live betting (in-play betting) is settled based on the score at the time the bet is accepted.
Live casino games (e.g., blackjack, roulette, baccarat) are operated by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions and are final.
